This Privacy Policy describes how America's Got Soccer, operated by South Florida Soccer LLC (collectively, "AGS," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you visit agsyouthsoccer.com, register for our programs, book a birthday party, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services (the "Services").

By using our Services or providing personal information to us, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Personal Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Contact information — name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number.
Child and program information — child's name, date of birth, age, gender, size, school, allergies, medical notes, emergency contacts, and waiver content.
Payment information — payment card details, billing address, and transaction history. Card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
Service usage — bookings, attendance, class history, communications, and customer-support interactions (including call recordings when you call our customer-service line).
Device and online activity — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, UTM/marketing parameters, and similar log data.
Marketing preferences — opt-in status for SMS and email, unsubscribe history, and content/topic preferences.

2. How We Use Personal Information

To provide, schedule, and deliver our programs, camps, parties, and lessons.
To process payments and manage subscriptions, refunds, and credits.
To communicate with you about bookings, schedules, weather changes, attendance, waivers, and customer support.
To send marketing and promotional messages by email or SMS (only to recipients who have opted in).

3. SMS / Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our messaging program (for example, Twilio, our SMS delivery provider) is permitted only to deliver the messages you have requested. All other categories of data exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third party.

3.1 What you receive

When you opt in to SMS by checking the consent box on one of our booking or registration forms (e.g., the birthday-party reservation form) or by texting START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE in reply to an AGS SMS conversation, you may receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from AGS, including:

Booking confirmations and reminders
Schedule changes, weather updates, and venue notices
Party-coordinator follow-ups and planning communication
Payment-failure notices and account alerts
Post-class feedback requests
Occasional promotional offers about new seasons, camps, and special events

3.2 Frequency, rates, and opt-out

Frequency: Message frequency varies; recipients typically receive 2–6 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any AGS text message. You will receive a single confirmation reply and no further marketing or promotional messages.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may book or use our Services without subscribing to SMS.

3.3 How we obtain consent

We collect SMS consent only through affirmative opt-in: an unchecked checkbox at the point of phone-number entry on our booking/registration forms, or by inbound SMS using keywords listed above. The opt-in language identifies AGS, the types of messages, the approximate frequency, that message-and-data rates may apply, and how to opt out.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook, Google Analytics, and Visual Website Optimizer) to operate the site, measure traffic, run A/B tests, and run advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling cookies may impair some functionality.

5. How We Share Personal Information

We share personal information only with:

Service providers that operate our infrastructure on our behalf — payment processing (Stripe), SMS delivery (Twilio), email delivery (SendGrid), phone systems (RingCentral), web hosting, and analytics. These providers are contractually limited to using the data to deliver the service we have engaged.
Legal compliance and safety — where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AGS, our customers, or others.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-messaging consent with any third party for that third party's independent marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Booking, payment, and waiver records are retained for accounting and liability reasons; marketing-opt-in records are retained for as long as you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period thereafter to suppress further messaging.

Do Not Track: We currently do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services involve information about children (the participants in our programs), but all account creation, registration, payment, and SMS opt-in is performed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental involvement.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will be revised when we do so. Material changes will be noted on our site.
