These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website agsyouthsoccer.com, our youth soccer programs, camps, birthday parties, leagues, private lessons, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by South Florida Soccer LLC, doing business as America's Got Soccer ("AGS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Services you agree to these Terms.
The Services are intended to be used by parents and legal guardians on behalf of minor participants. You must be 18 or older to create an account, register a child, or make a payment. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your account credentials.
Participation in soccer programs involves inherent risks. As a parent or legal guardian you will be asked to complete a participant waiver before any child takes part. You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, or other information necessary for safe participation.
You will receive recurring automated text messages that may include any of the following: booking confirmations and reminders; schedule changes; weather and venue updates; party-coordinator follow-ups; post-class feedback requests; payment-failure notices and account alerts; and occasional promotional offers about new seasons, camps, and special events.
Message frequency varies. Most recipients receive approximately 2–6 messages per month; the exact number depends on your booking activity, the time of year (e.g., camp season may include additional reminders), and the programs you are enrolled in.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless plan and are billed by your mobile carrier. AGS does not charge a separate fee for these messages.
The SMS program supports major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier conditions, device settings, and roaming status.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to any AGS SMS to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will not receive further marketing or promotional SMS from AGS. You may still receive non-marketing transactional messages required for any booking or service you have engaged (for example, an emergency notice or a confirmation reply). Reply HELP to any AGS SMS to receive support information, or email [email protected]. We will reply with program-information and contact details.

Information collected for the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that support the messaging program (for example, our SMS provider Twilio) is permitted solely to deliver the messages you have requested.
The SMS program is intended for U.S. mobile numbers and for users aged 18 or older. By opting in you represent that you are the account holder or otherwise authorized to consent on behalf of the account holder for the mobile number provided.
The site, logos, content, photos, videos, and curriculum are owned by AGS or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of materials we explicitly make available for download.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to interfere with the site, circumvent security, scrape data, send unsolicited communications through our infrastructure, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGS, its officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. AGS's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to AGS for the Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable; your continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
